The club name “Forgot the Troubles” signifies letting go of sadness, embracing happiness, and accepting our emotions. It reflects our commitment to listening to students' concerns, helping them tackle their worries and sorrows, and promoting joy.

We hope all committee members can get along harmoniously, engage in grounded communication, respect diverse opinions, and work collaboratively to promote mental well-being on campus. We also aspire to leverage our personal strengths to address students’ misunderstandings regarding mental health, particularly the stigma surrounding mood disorders.
