Stress Out Booth

Activity description
Stress Out Booth is a game related to stress management. We prepared a nine-square game board. Students need to draw a scenario card and then toss small beanbags onto the board, which contains nine different coping methods, aiming to hit three correct choices. Through this game, we hope to guide everyone to think about and learn how to face stress. When stress arises, students are encouraged to seek support and take positive actions, rather than being influenced by negative emotions, thereby building their resilience.
Activity highlight
At the start of the activity, all the students participated enthusiastically and queued up in an orderly manner to play. The students were fully engaged in the activity! The student committee members were very happy to see the students actively taking part. Through the activity, students were able to distinguish between positive and negative ways of facing adversity, making it a fun and meaningful experience for both the committee and the students.

On the second day of the activity, the vice principal made a surprise appearance and joined in.
Purpose behind this activity
Our student association hopes that this activity will help both teachers and students understand how to manage negative emotions, and recognise the ways they can cope with or relieve negative emotions and stress. This will enable them to maintain better overall well-being and health, and to take care of their mental and physical health.
