Activity description
The “Qos Chill Bar” activity aims to help students relax and relieve exam-related stress. The first zone offers inflatable sofas and steam eye masks paired with soothing music for ultimate relaxation. The second zone features a ball pit combined with gacha mini-tasks and stress-relief gifts, using interactive play to reduce anxiety. The third zone provides a photo spot, encouraging students to practice self-care and enjoy the moment.
Activity highlight
At the beginning of April, the Wellness Club held its second on-campus mental and physical wellness event, “Qos Chill Bar”, themed around relaxation and stress relief. Featuring a variety of interactive experiences, the event attracted around 100 teachers and students, who came together to explore the importance of relaxation, stress management, and mental well-being.
The event began in the Immersive Relaxation Zone, where students settled into comfortable inflatable sofas, wore steam eye masks, and listened to soothing music, enjoying a moment of calm. A private space was also provided for more introverted students, allowing everyone to relax in a soft and comfortable environment, release stress, and recharge both body and mind.
Next, participants moved to the Ball Pit Treasure Hunt Zone. Students first drew gacha capsules to complete mini-tasks, such as giving themselves compliments or sharing stress-relief methods, before searching for small gifts in the ball pit. This fun and interactive design not only helped students reduce stress but also added a sense of exploration, filling the area with laughter and delightful surprises.

Finally, participants visited the Photo Booth Zone, where beautifully designed props displayed phrases such as “Live in the Moment,” “Enjoy,” and “Relax.” Students took photos with friends, capturing their own special Chill memories. Teachers also joined in, sharing relaxed and joyful moments with the students, creating a warm and lively atmosphere throughout the event.
By the end of the event, participants expressed feeling relaxed, recharged, and left with smiles and positive energy. For the Wellness Club, the activity not only promoted students’ mental well-being but also strengthened interaction and connection between teachers and students, making it a highly successful and memorable experience.
Purpose behind this activity
Through “Qos Chill Bar”, the committee members aimed to provide students with a comfortable space to temporarily release academic and exam-related stress. By offering relaxation experiences and interactive activities, the event sought to raise awareness of mental well-being, foster teacher-student interaction, and encourage students to develop positive stress management and self-care habits.
