Eat Away the Stress

Activity description
Due to the high levels of stress students face before exams, the club hopes to alleviate their pre-exam pressure by organising a wellness activity called "Eat Away the Stress." Students will have the opportunity to make "stress desserts" by writing their worries in icing. They will then eat the food that symbolises "anxiety," allowing them to directly release their emotions and approach the exam with a more relaxed mindset.
Activity highlight
Buddhist May Fung Memorial College's wellness club "Soul Station" successfully held the first wellness activity in January. The student committees organised a lunchtime activity, inviting nearly 30 students to participate in "Eat Away Stress." They invited students to relieve stress by decorating, drawing, or writing on biscuits before eating them all! One student shared that her biscuits represented “anger” and the “chaos” in her mind. Another student mentioned that he didn’t feel too much pressure, so he drew a smiley face to encourage others. This activity helped students to express their emotions and relieve stress, and many participated!
The student was very focused on decorating their cookies.🍪
