

Calm Mind Workshop

Activity description
As knowledge of Chinese medicine becomes increasingly popular in Hong Kong, the club organized an experiential activity themed around traditional Chinese medicine. Through tasting traditional food and herbal tea, students learned about the calming and soothing effects of Chinese medicine, aiming to relieve stress and promote emotional well-being while deepening their understanding of traditional culture.
Activity highlight
The event attracted 291 participants, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Students experienced the soothing effects of herbal tea and traditional food while learning about the role of Chinese medicine in calming the mind and relieving emotional stress. The activity provided a relaxing environment for students to explore traditional knowledge and practice emotional self-care.

Purpose behind this activity
Through this activity, the club hopes students can better understand the role of Chinese medicine in emotional regulation and stress relief, and learn practical ways to relax and manage emotions. By promoting traditional Chinese culture, the club aims to support students’ holistic well-being and encourage healthy emotional awareness.
