The moment of tossing the stress~
As this was the club’s first attempt at organising such an event, there were areas for improvement in preparation and planning. With the support of teachers and students, the activity was successfully carried out and provided the club with valuable hands-on experience for future initiatives.
Purpose behind this activity
The club hopes to remind students that caring for mental well-being does not have to be complicated. Taking time to relax, staying present, and connecting with others are simple yet meaningful ways to practise self-care in daily life.
The “Ring Toss the Stress” activity symbolises the process of recognising and letting go of stress. Through physical action and play, students were able to reflect on their sources of stress and express emotions in a light and accessible way. The club hopes students can carry this awareness into their everyday lives and gradually develop healthy ways of managing emotions.
