Anti-Drug and Fitness Booth

Activity description
The Anti-Drug and Fitness Booth activities were held during lunchtime on 12–13 November 2025. Two interactive booths were set up, featuring fitness challenges and anti-drug quizzes, allowing students to take part in the activities in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
Activity highlight
To enhance students’ awareness of physical and mental well-being and to promote healthy lifestyles, the club organised fitness challenges and quiz games to help students understand the connection between physical health, mental health, and the importance of staying drug-free. Information boards were also displayed on-site to explain the relationship between exercise, drugs, and mental well-being, encouraging students to see regular physical activity and avoiding drugs as important steps in taking care of their mental health.
During the activity, students participated actively and enjoyed trying out different fitness challenges, such as the reaction light challenge and spot jump activity. According to the post-activity survey with responses from 123 students, 87% of respondents agreed that the booths helped promote healthy lifestyle habits.

Purpose behind this activity
