The Wellness Club is a group that focuses on helping people stay healthy, both physically and mentally. It’s all about living a balanced life, including taking care of your body, mind, and emotions. We will help our peers join fun activities like workout sessions, nutrition talks, meditation, and even counseling to boost their overall well-being. Being part of the club isn’t just about learning from experts—it’s also a chance to meet people who care about wellness just as much as you do. Everyone can share their experiences, support each other, and stay motivated to live healthier lives. At the end of the day, the Wellness Club is a space where you can feel your best, inside and out!

29 Apr 2025: Using BINGO to facilitate students to better understand themselves and find some suitable and comfortable ways to relieve themselves in a fun way.

Emotional Bear
2 May 2025: By making emotion bears, students can express their current emotions and feelings.

"Words of Care and Kindness" Wall
February 25 to March 14, 2025 : A message board was set up for students to leave encouraging words and spread positive energy.
