Our club is called ‘Mind Paulinian,’ and it carries two important meanings. First, it reflects our dedication to always being there for our schoolmates and paying attention to their mental well-being. Second, it reminds everyone to stay positive and focus on maintaining a healthy mindset. We believe that mental health is crucial, and our club aims to provide a space where our schoolmates can express their feelings and support one another. To help achieve this, we’ll organize a variety of activities, like a ‘Mind Radio,’ where students can share encouraging messages with their peers, and a ‘Space Out Competition,’ designed to help everyone unwind and relax. Through these activities, we hope to create a supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and stay positive.
