The Follow Your Heart Club encourages students to listen to and follow their inner voice, emphasizing our commitment to their mental well-being. We are dedicated to planning fun and meaningful wellness activities that help students relieve everyday stresses. Our goal is to inspire everyone to follow their hearts and let their spirits spark.
Club Activities
Mindful Radio
22 Apr 2026: The club hosted a music-themed booth event to help students explore the connection between music and mental health through songs and lyrics. The activity aimed to teach students how to use music as an everyday way to manage their emotions.
Slo-mo Christmas
11 Dec 2025: Through activities (DIY Christmas decorations, drawing plush toys, and snack time), we will help students (participants) relax before the holidays and provide a relaxing environment for everyone.
