Organized by JC LevelMind@Community – Sha Tin District, this event focuses on emotional expression and holistic well-being among youth. Through exhibitions, interactive booths, young people will creatively share their emotional stories, inviting the public to listen, understand, and resonate.

Theme: Flowing with Emotions, Listening to the Heart

12.24 Hertz is a sound frequency so faint that it is almost inaudible to the human. Similarly, the emotional voices of youth aged 12 to 24 often go unheard. This event aims to amplify those subtle yet sincere emotional frequencies through youth-led creations and stories, fostering deeper understanding and connection.
