JC LevelMind School Wellness Club Youth-led Activity Booths
This year, the committee members of the Wellness Clubs from 42 participating secondary schools have organised over 80 wellness activities, promoting youth well-being to students, teachers, and even parents on campus! The JC LevelMind Fest brings these youth-led wellness activities from schools to PMQ. Committee members from various schools will be here to introduce the activities they have designed, inviting everyone to experience the creativity and energy of secondary school students.
Encouragement Forest
It is a creative and interactive space where you are invited to reflect, express, and contribute to a collective story of growth, identity, and hope. Using elements of the forest such as trees, fruits, sunlight, and storm clouds that allow you to explore your thoughts and emotions. After writing your reflection, place your card on the Forest Board. Each card you place is like a part in a larger forest — a small but meaningful part of a collective story.
Scent Bar
It is a calming space where you can create your own personalized scent bag to help you rest and relax. You can select a scent combination based on personal preferences and emotional states, allowing you to enjoy a mindful relaxation experience through the multi-sensory effects in different scenarios.
Throw Away Your Worries
It is a space to release stress and discover healthy ways to cope. You can first write down a current worry, stressor, or negative though. Crumple it up and throw it into the Stress Container — symbolically letting it go. Then, write down one small action that helps you cope with that stress. Place that card into the Coping Strategy Box and pick up one of our evidence-based coping cards to take with you. This process helps you transform your emotions and regain a sense of control, serving as the first step in understanding stress and self-regulation.
