Youth Dialogue: How Do Young People Find Resilience in Today’s World?
Building resilience is essential for overcoming challenges. But nowadays, how can we balance taking care of ourselves while also developing resilience—without falling into “toxic positivity”? In this session, students will have a deep conversation with Dr. Lam to share the difficulties they face in their mental, emotional, and physical health. Drawing from Dr. Lam’s experiences and insights, they will explore how to turn hardships into resilience and inner strength.
