Wellness Beauty DIY

Activity description
Based on feedback from their previous event, the students decided to host a “Wellness Beauty DIY” booth at their school-wide Biz@True Light event. At the booth, they offered both pre-made phone charms for sale and a hands-on workshop where participants created their own. A variety of colors and styles were available, reinforcing the idea that different colors can represent different emotions. All proceeds from the event were either donated to charity or reinvested into the club.
Activity highlight
The activity took place on May 2 and attracted around 50 participants. Many students were excited and even started making phone charms before the event officially began. The atmosphere was lively and fun, as it happened just before the school-wide celebration—students were enjoying music, dancing around the booth, and capturing the moment with photos and videos.

A very professional setup at the DIY phone charm-making workshop! 💼✨

Wellness Club members guiding participants every step of the way during the workshop! 🙌🎨
Purpose behind this activity
The purpose of the event was to take part in the school’s annual entrepreneurship fair while providing a hands-on, creative experience that students had expressed interest in. By hosting a DIY phone charm booth, the club not only gave students a chance to relax and have fun through art-making, but also reinforced a meaningful message: that different colors can symbolize different emotions. This idea, which was introduced in a previous event, helped spark conversations about emotional expression in a light, accessible way.
