Vitality Games Day

Activity description
Sparky hosted their annual event during the school’s annual "Happiness Day", offering a variety of booth activities including a hammer game, giant Jenga, darts, and cookie decorating. These activities created a fun and relaxed atmosphere, allowing students to unwind, recharge, and rediscover the joy of campus life.
Activity highlight
The event was first trialed the day before "Happiness Day" and officially held on the day itself, attracting over 1,000 students across the two days! Held outdoors, the weather was good, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. Many students told the committee members that Sparky’s Vitality Games booths added a lot of fun and energy to Happiness Day. Long lines formed at every booth, clearly showing how popular the event was. Without a doubt, this event was a great success, and many students have already started looking forward to the next Happiness Day!

Purpose of this activity
In addition to providing fun booth activities that help students temporarily escape from academic stress and relax, the committee also encourages students to engage more in physical exercise to enhance their overall well-being. Physical activity is a vital part of mental health, as physical and mental wellness are closely connected. Through this event, we hope students can enjoy exercising in a lighthearted and enjoyable way while gaining a better understanding of the link between physical and mental health.
