Toss Away Your Worries

Activity description
In celebration of the school-wide Fun Day on March 6, the wellness club designed two engaging and meaningful booths: "Toss Away Your Worries" and "Snap Away Your Worries." At the "Toss Away Your Worries" booth, students used beanbags to knock down tin cans labeled with common worries, offering a playful yet symbolic way to release stress. They were also encouraged to write down their own worries as a form of emotional expression. Meanwhile, at the photo corner, the committee prepared a cheerful setup with uplifting quotes and cute props, allowing students to create joyful memories and take home a smile.
Activity highlight
The atmosphere on the event day was lively and energetic. Committee members dressed up as cartoon characters and prepared adorable and fun photo props, giving students the perfect opportunity to snap photos and capture memorable moments.
Both students and the principal joined in the fun by interacting and taking photos with the cartoon characters, adding to the joyful and memorable atmosphere of the day.📸
By throwing beanbags to knock down cans labeled with common sources of stress such as "Exams," "Friendship," and "Future," students are symbolically releasing stress and reflecting on their emotional well-being. They can also write down personal stress-relief methods on the display board and share experiences with each other. The students actively participated, fully engaging in the challenge to win popular prizes like Chiikawa batons and capybara plush toys! The laughter filled the venue, infusing the campus with warmth and positive energy.

Students gave it their all, aiming to knock down every single tin can with each throw!
Purpose of this activity
Through this event, students not only had the chance to release their emotions through the game, but also learned to approach stress with creativity and interaction. From the stress-relief tips they wrote, it’s clear that everyone has their own way of coping with pressure, yet all are striving to find their own methods. The club hopes to continue fostering a campus culture that focuses on mental health and mutual support through diverse activities in the future.
