Student Wellness Club X Film Society - "Another World"

Activity description
The Student Wellness Club X Film Society - "Another World" was one of the club's activities. Students went to the cinema together to watch the movie "Another World," learning from the film how to face obsessions, gaining a deeper understanding of their own feelings and mental well-being, and through a sharing session after the movie, understanding each other's feelings and methods for emotional relief.
Activity highlight
During the film screening, the students were very focused, demonstrating the film's inspirational and engaging nature. In the sharing session, students were willing to open up and share their experiences with teachers and classmates, such as how they encountered negative emotions and how to manage them effectively. By sharing their opinions, students gained a better understanding of each other's approaches to coping with adversity. The students were fully engaged in listening to the various sharing sessions, actively participating, attentively listening, and carefully filling out worksheets to record their insights. It is believed that through this sharing session, the students gained a deeper understanding of each other and thoroughly enjoyed the activity.

"I get angry easily, it's so frustrating 🔥!" This is a common emotion in daily life. Under the guidance of the club leaders, students wrote down their inner thoughts and effective ways to relieve them.💪🏾
Purpose behind this activity
We hope students will continue to support the activities of the Student Wellness Club, learn how to manage emotions, and pass on correct values to every student. We hope to continue to help students recognize their psychological needs, provide relevant activities and services, reduce stress and burdens, create a more harmonious school environment, foster mutual respect and care among students, and build a positive and harmonious campus.
