Activity description
In this activity, participants were invited to collect a stamp card at the entrance and choose from four different themed booths based on their interests: academics, family, interpersonal relationships, and self. Each booth provided relevant content and interactive experiences. After collecting two stamps, participants could exchange them for a small gift. Additionally, the committee members offered message cards where students could write encouraging words to cheer themselves and others on.
Activity highlight
Connect For Support Club successfully held its first activity “Stress Less and Chill Out” during a lunchtime in February, attracting over 80 students to participate.
The activity featured four display boards focusing on academic, family, interpersonal, and self-related stress. Students were highly engaged in reading the stories created by the club members, gaining a deeper understanding of various sources of stress and their impacts. In addition, students actively participated in a Q&A session on stress classification and stress-relief methods, fostering reflection and discussion on stress management. Many students successfully collected all the stamps to redeem small gifts!
