Additionally, they had the chance to observe their own facial expressions, fostering deeper self-awareness.
Activity highlight
The wellness club successfully held the "Journey of the Mind" activity during lunch hours on April 2 and 3. The activity aimed to ease negative emotions among teachers and students, while creating happy memories on campus to improve students’ mental wellness. A total of 166 participants joined, including 126 students and 40 staff members and parents.
Healing Method 1 — “Peaceful Mind Head Massage” to Help Students Relax and Smile!
In this booth, students sat comfortably on chairs while facilitators used scalp massagers to gently massage their heads. The stimulation helped to relax their scalp and head muscles, providing immediate relief and bringing smiles to their faces.

The students really enjoyed the scalp massage!
Healing Method 2 — “Self-care Tea Room”: Savoring Tea to Slow Down and Soothe the Soul
The club transformed the English room into a cozy tea room, where students could slowly savor tea they brewed themselves. With soft background music, they focused on tasting the flavor and texture of the tea, learning to slow down and be present in the moment—temporarily setting aside worries and distractions.

They savored the taste of tea together in the tea room 🍵
Healing Method 3 — “Emotion Snapshot”: Discover Yourself Through Expressions
Most people know basic emotions like happiness, anger, sadness, and joy, but few notice how their face changes with each feeling. In this activity, students pick an emotion card from six options—happy, angry, sad, surprised, scared, or disgusted—and use props to act it out. They then get an instant photo capturing their expression, helping them better understand and connect with their own emotions.

Purpose of this activity
The committee members hope that through this event, they can create joyful memories on campus and help relieve the current negative emotions experienced by teachers and students. At the same time, they aim to provide opportunities for expressing stress and emotions, while strengthening the supportive atmosphere within the school.
