Activity description
Led by a professional singing bowl instructor, students will experience singing bowl therapy in a quiet and comfortable space, creating a relaxing atmosphere through gentle sound waves. The instructor will explain the principles of singing bowls, guide breathing meditation and interaction with the bowls, allowing everyone to experience sound wave therapy in a safe and warm environment, releasing stress and balancing mind and body.
Activity highlight
The highlight of the activity was that, under the guidance of the instructor, each student found a comfortable spot, calmed down, and listened carefully to the sound waves emanating from the singing bowls. These sound waves carried away the stress on our bodies, allowing us to slowly drift off to sleep.😴😴😴
At the event, students followed the guide to stretch and relax their stiff shoulders and necks; then, the clear and ethereal sound of singing bowls slowly rose, and everyone closed their eyes, letting go of their worries under the gentle caress of the sound waves, and enjoying a rare moment of tranquility.🥰

Purpose behind this activity
The club hopes that singing bowl activities can improve students' sleep and relax their minds and bodies. It also aims to help students escape the heavy pressure of academic work, release negative emotions through the ethereal vibrations of sound, and regain inner peace. The goal is for everyone to learn self-regulation through an immersive healing experience, facing learning and life with a more positive and peaceful mindset, and achieving continuous psychological growth and health.
