Activity description

Prior to the event, participants were asked to share stressors, providing them with an opportunity to express themselves before exams, easing their worries from life and studies.
Activity highlight
The school club held its first on-campus mental health event, "Shrimp Fishing," in early March. The event's name is a play on words in Cantonese, aiming to bring happiness and relaxation to participants, attracting 164 teachers and students.
A plastic swimming pool filled with water was set up on the school's covered playground. The pool was filled with plastic shrimps and obstacles, each labeled with stressors collected from other participants before the event.

Teachers and students take a break during lunch to relax and enjoy the cheerful atmosphere of the event.
Participants were provided with fishing rods, tasked with catching a specified number of shrimps within a time limit to win stress-relief toys and chocolates. Light and upbeat music was played to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
Purpose behind this activity
The school club hopes that participants can find a release, relaxing from their worries and avoiding getting lost in anxiety and tension through the activity.
