Activity description
During the school's "Stress Relief Carnival," we set up the "Shooting Stars" and "Stress Relief" booths to allow students to recharge and release stress.
Activity highlight
The "Shooting Stars" booth features two basketball hoops at different heights, allowing students to challenge themselves based on their abilities. Many students attempted both height challenges, and teachers joined in the fun as well, creating a joyful atmosphere. After completing their shots, students received stress relief tips and a small prize, helping them discover additional methods to alleviate stress.

Students shot hoops with style and energy!
The "Stress Relief" booth, led by committee members, taught students how to make stress balls. By squeezing these stress balls, students could physically release their inner tension and alleviate stress. Many students designed their stress balls to resemble their favorite cartoon characters!

Students put a lot of thought into designing their own unique stress balls!
Committee members noted that seeing the joyful expressions of participating students brought them happiness as well, fostering a sense of accomplishment from the successful execution of the event.
Purpose behind this activity
Committee members hope that through the activities, students recognize that alongside their busy studies, it’s equally important to find ways to relieve stress and uplift their spirits, thereby enhancing their motivation to tackle life's challenges.
