Scoops of Joy

Activity description
A playful ring-toss challenge to learn stress-busting tips, topped off with a refreshing ice cream treat.
Activity highlight
As the April sun began to warm up the campus, on ”BMKC 330”, the committee launched their third wellness activity: "Scoops of Joy". This time, they focused on the sense of taste, turning the playground into an educational and playful way to learn mental wellness and relaxation. The activity attracted over 440 students and teachers to join.
The lunchtime vibe was electric! Students queued up for our "Stress-Bust Ring Toss," where they had to land rings on ice cream cones marked with correct mental wellness tips. It was brilliant to see everyone so determined to master the game while picking up some self-care wisdom. Winners walked away with our exclusive "Dual-Purpose Ice Cream Cards"—one side for an ice-cream treat, and the other featuring a heartfelt quote to brighten their day.

Aiming for wellness! Students nailed the ring toss on our "stress-buster" cones to learn some self-care tips.
After school, the playground was filled with smiles as students redeemed their cards for a cup of cold ice cream. Sharing a cold treat with their peers after a long day of lessons is one of the best ways to chill out (literally!).
Purpose behind this activity
The committee members hope that this activity will enable students to learn more healthy ways to relieve stress and through tasting the ice-cream, they can adjust their physical and mental status to increase their wellbeing.
