Rest Week

Activity description
Students could use eye masks and earplugs to take a short rest on the inflatable sofas. At check-in, each student would receive a pair of earplugs, an eye mask, and an inflatable sofa (students were responsible for inflating their own sofa). Students might choose their resting spot freely. Rules: no loud noise, no eating, no phone use, no light-emitting devices, and do not disturb others.
Activity highlight
The activity ran from March 3 to March 5, lasting three days, with about 30 students participating each day. On the day of the event, students arrived at the school hall after meals. Most of them used the inflatable sofas to rest and gave positive feedback, saying they enjoyed the activity. Some even brought stuffed toys to nap with; on one of the days, the principal even joined with his blanket and eye mask. Overall, the event received an enthusiastic response.
Committee members were running around inflating the air sofas.
Purpose behind this activity
To boost students' energy and well-being, the committee aims to provide a "rest week" so students can get adequate rest, relieve academic stress, and relax both body and mind.
