To coincide with Positive Week, the Wellness Club organized a series of fun and interactive activities during lunchtime from 20 to 24 April, encouraging teachers and students to focus on mental well-being and positive emotions. The activities included the “Three-Challenge Game” and the Teacher-Student Dessert Making Activity.

  • Three-Challenge Game
    • Students formed pairs to complete three challenges within a time limit:
    • Challenge 1 – “Catch in the Air!”: successfully toss and catch ice cream sticks;
    • Challenge 2 – “Puzzle Together”: collaboratively complete a small puzzle featuring encouraging quotes or heartwarming images;
    • Challenge 3 – “Draw and Guess”: test body expression and comprehension skills.
    • Teams that successfully completed all three challenges received small prizes. The activity combined fun, challenge, and teamwork.
  • Teacher-Student Dessert Making Activity (Banana Boat)
    Students participated in groups of four to five, with prior registration, and invited teachers to join them. Group members collaborated to design and make banana boat desserts, using creativity and teamwork to complete delicious treats. The activity not only added fun but also promoted teacher-student interaction and communication, allowing students to enjoy a positive and relaxed atmosphere.

Activity highlight

At the start of the activities, students participated enthusiastically and queued in an orderly manner, creating a lively and anticipatory atmosphere. They fully engaged in the challenges and hands-on activities, showcasing creativity and teamwork.

In the “Three-Challenge Game,” students paired up to complete three tasks, which not only trained their reaction, observation, and body-expression skills but also encouraged mutual trust and cooperation, enhancing team collaboration. Notably, teachers joined the challenges as well, forming teams with students to complete tasks, which further strengthened teacher-student interaction and created a lively, positive environment. The second challenge’s puzzle included encouraging phrases and heartwarming images, allowing students to learn methods for facing adversity positively while playing.

Students collaborated to finish the puzzle, demonstrating the value of teamwork and cooperation🧩

During the dessert-making activity, students and teachers collaborated to create banana boats, enjoying the creativity and teamwork involved. The committee members were delighted to see students actively participating, distinguishing positive and negative coping strategies, and releasing stress in a relaxed and joyful setting. Overall, the activities not only promoted teacher-student interaction but also fostered a warm and positive campus atmosphere.
