Activity description
To help students become more aware of their stress levels and learn healthy ways to relax and uplift their mood, the club organized an activity - "Perfume Wellness Workshop”. The activity used personalized scents as reminders for relaxation — encouraging participants to reflect on their recent stress sources before designing their own perfume. The handcrafted scent served as a personal symbol of calm and positivity, offering comfort during stressful moments. This activity aimed to strengthen students’ emotional awareness, stress management, and overall mental wellbeing.
Activity highlight
The activity was held during the lunch break, where the Wellness Club committee first introduced the connection between scents and emotions. Students were then guided to explore the unique characteristics of different fragrance materials and create their own personalized perfumes. Throughout the process, they explored how scents can serve as gentle reminders for relaxation and emotional support, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

Purpose behind this activity
The Wellness Club members hope that through the “Perfume-Making Workshop,” students will be reminded to stay mindful amid their busy daily lives, discover their own effective ways to relieve stress, and put these practices into action. Through this activity, the committee aims to build a school culture that values emotional wellbeing and self-care, offering students different gentle reminders to pause and find breathing space in their lives.
