Students explored their MBTI personality traits through a fun English quiz and crafted personalized mini-desserts and handicrafts reflecting their unique characteristics. Within a gentle and calm atmosphere, participants practiced their English by sharing insights about themselves and their dessert preferences. This process allowed them to unwind, express creativity, and enhance their mental wellness.

Purpose behind this activity
Through this activity, the club hopes students found a quiet corner amidst their busy academic lives to promote mental wellness through self-discovery. We want students to understand that everyone possesses unique personality traits—much like different flavors of desserts—that deserve to be appreciated. Moving forward, the club will continue to organize activities that combine multicultural elements with self-exploration, guiding students to build positive self-identity and prioritize their mental health through relaxed interaction.
