

Moments of Happiness & Emotional Cleanup












Activity description
Before the Lunar New Year holiday, committee members set up a "Moments of Happiness" booth for teachers and students to write down their happy moments from the past year or their hopes for the new year. They also set up an "Emotional Cleanup" booth, where participants could learn how to release stress through games.
Activity highlight
DREAM club held its first in-school wellness activity during lunchtime before the Lunar New Year holiday, welcoming the new year together with students. On the day of the activity, in addition to the club’s booth, other departments also hosted various activities, bringing a lively and festive atmosphere to the campus.
The "Moments of Happiness" booth encouraged teachers and students to share their happiest moments from the past year or their hopes for the coming year on a display board. Over 60 participants left heartwarming notes, spreading positive energy to everyone. Even the principal joined in, leaving a message wishing students success in the new year!

At the "Emotional Cleanup" game booth, students tossed rings toward adorable rubber ducks labeled with different stress-relief methods, helping them learn about and choose strategies that work best for them. Students and teachers from different grades participated with great enthusiasm, creating an exciting and lively atmosphere.

The club extends its gratitude to all the students and teachers who participated, making the activity filled with warmth and joy. The club committee hopes that everyone will continue prioritizing their mental health in the new year and bring more support and care to those around them.
