Mindfulness Recharge Station

Activity description
The Palette Club held its first wellness activity in May, featuring activity stations such as badge making, a lunchtime song request session, and a malt sugar distribution booth. Through these fun and relaxing activities, students were encouraged to express their creativity, share themselves, and convey care and support, enhancing communication and connections among one another.

Purpose behind this activity
We hope that these activities help students recognize the importance of expressing emotions and supporting one another. By learning to care for themselves and others in a relaxed way, we aim for every student to feel the love and support within the campus and carry that kindness into their daily lives.
