Mental Health Day

Activity description
To help students relieve stress and unwind before exams, the student association hosted a series of interactive booth activities blending artistic creation, emotional exploration, and hands-on fun. The event aimed to provide a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere where students could practice emotional awareness, identify their inner needs and personal strengths, and rediscover the importance of mental wellness.
The activity featured five themed booths, including Herbarium Floral Vials, Polaroid Photos, the Emotion Matching Challenge, Wish Ball Toss, and Painted Pebble Crafting. Through creative art, games, and peer interaction, students took a welcome break from academic stress to enjoy some relaxed downtime, discovering new ways to express their feelings, clear their minds, and practice self-care.
Activity highlight
On the day of the activity, students enthusiastically participated in every booth, fully immersing themselves in a variety of artistic creations and interactive experiences. Crafting their own herbarium floral vials gave students a chance to focus on the creative process, allowing them to relax and experience the calming, therapeutic power of art. Meanwhile, the painted pebbles activity enabled students to translate their emotions, desires, and personal values into colors and patterns—offering a creative way to organize their thoughts and express their inner feelings.
The Polaroid photo booth proved to be one of the day's biggest highlights, with crowds of students posing with friends to capture precious campus moments and create lasting memories. Amid the shared laughter and interaction, students not only deepened their friendships but also enjoyed a much-needed breather and meaningful companionship during a busy school term.
Additionally, through the Emotion Matching Challenge and Wish Ball Toss, students reflected on their feelings, daily lives, and core values while enjoying lighthearted gameplay. Ultimately, the event served not only as a relaxing break, but also as a reminder for everyone to pause and reconnect with their mental health and emotional well-being.

Through interactive games, students gained a deeper understanding of their emotions and reflected on their daily lives, achieving meaningful insights into mental health through experiential learning.
Purpose behind this activity
The club hopes that these diverse arts and interactive activities will encourage students to express their feelings, build self-awareness, and realize that caring for mental well-being begins with simple daily habits.
Furthermore, the club encourages students to take timely breaks amid their busy academic routines, tune in to their inner needs, and foster positive self-connection and relationships—empowering them to embrace future challenges with a healthier, more positive mindset.
