

Heartfelt Corner









Activity description
"Heartfelt Corner" is an encouragement board activity. Committee members set up two zones on the board: the "Relaxation Tips Zone" and the "Mood Message Zone." In the Relaxation Tips Zone, various techniques and tips are posted for students' reference, providing suggestions for simple leisure activities such as exercise, music, and short trips. In the Mood Message Zone, students can write down their feelings after exams, whether they feel relaxed, joyful, or still pressured. Students can also contribute their own relaxation techniques for others to see or use a Polaroid camera to take photos of encouraging gestures to post on the board, helping everyone maintain positive energy after the examination period.
Activity highlight
The wellness club "KDNEM" held the third in-school wellness activity in mid-March. During the Chill Carnival week, committee members organised the "Heartfelt Corner" encouragement board activity, focusing on promoting resilience. Students could write down their own relaxation methods or encouraging words and post them on the board for their peers' reference, while also picking up tips to help themselves unwind. The activity ran for three consecutive days during lunch and after-school hours, attracting over 700 participants. By the first day alone, the encouragement board was already covered with students' heartfelt words of encouragement and relaxation tips. Many students also took photos using gestures to inspire their peers.

Purpose behind this activity
To build students' self-confidence and release their emotions after the exams, the wellness club hopes that the "Heartfelt Corner" encouragement board activity can allow everyone to encourage one another, adjust their mindset, and embrace new challenges.
