Activity description
The club members organized a mental wellness event at school titled “Gratitude & Mindfulness” to encourage students to appreciate the beautiful moments in life and cultivate gratitude and positive emotions. During the event, the members prepared a short video highlighting meaningful and memorable moments, including photos from the club’s first activity and images taken with film cameras by the members. In addition, several PowerPoint slides were prepared to teach students practical ways to improve their mental health, such as keeping a gratitude journal.
Activity highlight
The event attracted 342 teachers and students and created a warm and positive atmosphere.
Through the video and photo displays, students were able to reflect on cherished memories and appreciate the small joys of life. The PowerPoint segment provided practical tips for maintaining mental well-being, helping students learn how to integrate gratitude and positivity into their daily routines. The event ran smoothly and successfully provided students with a space to reflect, cultivate a positive mindset, and foster mental wellness.

Purpose behind this activity
Through this event, the club hopes to encourage students to notice and appreciate the meaningful moments in their busy lives, develop a sense of gratitude, and enhance their mental well-being. The club aims for students to apply the strategies learned during the event in their daily lives, fostering positive emotions and equipping them to face academic and life challenges with a healthier, more proactive mindset.
