Exam Cheer-Up Station

Activity description
To help students relieve stress before the final examinations and foster positive energy on campus, Student Wellness Club “The Hive" organized the "Exam Cheer-Up Station" on the morning of May 20th. Club committee members and school staff set up a distribution point at the school entrance, hand-delivering custom folders containing sweet candies and informational cards as students arrived. Aligning with Relaxation and Relationship from the "4Rs Mental Health Charter," the event aimed to pass on peer support and safeguard everyone's mental wellness through this small yet warm gesture.

Purpose behind this activity
"The Hive" hopes that through this "Exam Cheer-Up Station" activity, students realize that managing psychological well-being and taking time to relax are just as important as pursuing academic goals. We hope this small gift serves as a source of strength during their exams and reminds them that "The Hive" and their peers are always here to support them when they feel tired. Moving forward, the club will continue to promote the message of mental wellness and host more diverse caring activities, walking hand-in-hand with students to build a supportive and warm campus environment.
