Exam Cheer Pack

Activity description

The club deliberately designed and distributed “Exam Cheer Packs”, containing various practical and symbolic items: a stationery set representing “being fully equipped”; a four-leaf clover badge symbolising “good fortune always by your side”; a heat-retaining eye mask reminding everyone to “take timely breaks”; while sausage snacks and stress-relief toys signified “every student is their own 100%”.

Furthermore, the club explained the significance of the packs during morning assembly and displayed a poster board detailing the blessings behind each item, aiming to foster a sense of support and encouragement throughout the school.

Activity highlight

To prepare for this event, the committee members spent an entire afternoon meticulously assembling over five hundred care packages. From portioning stationery and selecting four-leaf clover patches to gathering teachers' blessings, each package brimmed with heartfelt care. Particularly cherished were the ‘Teacher Blessing Cards,’ whose warm and sincere messages became the most popular element within the care packages.

On distribution day, committee members shared the significance of each gift during morning assembly. Students beamed upon receiving them, remarking that the presents were both practical and heartwarming, reflecting the club's thoughtfulness and support. The entire initiative infused the campus with positive energy, adding a touch of kindness and encouragement amidst the tense examination atmosphere.

Purpose behind this activity

We hope our “Exam Cheer Pack” serves as a gentle reminder to students that whilst striving for success, it is equally important to look after themselves. Regardless of results, every student deserves recognition. The club looks forward to continuing to convey care and encouragement in diverse ways, fostering a campus environment characterised by mutual support and positivity, accompanying everyone on their journey of growth.
