Echoes of Heart — Sending blessings through music and words

Activity description
The activity involved singing for Form 6 students and inviting them to write cards, where they could express their worries about the future or share their feelings about school life. Through these activities, students were provided with a space and a way to relieve stress.
Activity highlight
The SUN Club held its first event at the end of February, consisting of two parts: singing and card-writing. Committee members collected students' favorite songs and messages of encouragement in advance. During the lunch break on the event day, the songs were played, and the messages were read aloud. Students could also choose to perform their favorite songs, enjoying the fun and alleviating their stress.

Committee members read aloud messages from students, sending out love and blessings.
The event also featured a card-writing activity, where all students could write encouraging messages on cards and place them in designated spots. These messages aimed to provide Form 6 students with positive energy to support them as they prepared for the DSE exam.

Wish all Form 6 students all the best in the DSE exam!
Purpose behind this activity
Form 6 students, who are facing the pressure of the DSE exam and uncertainties about their future, were given a chance to de-stress through this event. The club hopes to enhance students' mental well-being and foster more positive emotions.
