Activity description

To help students establish healthy digital habits and reduce the negative impact of excessive screen time on psychological well-being, the club organized a two-day "Digital Wellness Carnival." The event featured themed interactive booths, including energetic boxing sessions, a cozy lounge area, piano performances, and an encouraging message board. These activities allowed students to experience diverse ways to destress beyond the digital world. The carnival aimed to guide students in balancing their digital lives and exploring offline joy to enhance their overall mental wellness.

Activity highlight

The two-day carnival received an enthusiastic response, attracting 326 participants. The campus was filled with laughter and vitality: some students released stress at the boxing booth, while others enjoyed a moment of tranquility in the lounge area. The soothing sound of the piano created a peaceful ambiance, and the message board was covered with caring notes shared among peers. The event reminded everyone that stepping away from electronic devices allows for a more authentic experience of life’s beauty, recharging everyone’s mental wellness with positive energy.

Purpose behind this activity

Through this carnival, the club hopes students learn to mindfully manage their screen time. We encourage students to apply the relaxation techniques they experienced to their daily routines, striking a balance between technological convenience and personal mental wellness. Moving forward, the club will continue to promote healthy lifestyles and help students build self-disciplined, fulfilling school lives, fostering a campus environment that prioritizes holistic well-being.
