Activity description
Students can choose one item from four options at the reception: tote bags, notebooks, transparent folders, or wallets. They are then guided to take a seat and decorate their selected item using stickers, pins, and markers, creating a fun and uplifting experience that helps them feel happy and cheerful.
Activity highlight
Throughout the activity, the standout highlight was the overwhelming and unexpected number of participants, which led to materials being used up quickly—especially popular items like tote bags and notebooks. Beyond the strong turnout, the event successfully created a relaxing, hands-on space where students could immerse themselves in designing and decorating their own items, using drawing and materials as a way to express their emotions.
The students were fully engaged in the activity and thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. They used various materials, such as mini plush pins and mental health–related stickers, to decorate their works, making their designs more personalised and creative.
Purpose behind this activity
We aim to help students relieve stress. Through this activity, we hope to reduce students’ stress by allowing them to create their own personalised items, while also enhancing their overall mental well-being.
