Cheer Up! Station

Activity description

To support their classmates during the stressful exam period, the club hosted their second activity the week before final exams. They set up a booth near the school cafeteria, where they handed out jelly snacks and encouragement cards. Each card included an uplifting message: “Success doesn’t last forever, and failure is not the end—what matters most is having the courage to keep trying.” The card also featured a QR code linking to their Instagram page, where they shared study tips and helpful resources.

Activity highlight

The event took place on May 30, the Friday right before exam week. Although it was a short activity, it attracted a lot of attention—over 100 students stopped by to pick up a jelly snack and an encouragement card. Many students shared that they had multiple subject exams coming up, and having this booth made them feel supported during a stressful time.

Purpose behind this activity

The goal of this event was to create a supportive atmosphere ahead of exam season and to remind students to stay resilient and focus on the learning process rather than just the results. Since students are often busy preparing for exams, the club designed the activity to be quick and accessible. Instead of attending a longer workshop, students could simply pick up an encouragement card and check out the club’s Instagram posts for study tips and wellbeing advice at their own pace.
